Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

ADA RAMP at Parkview High School. The Little Rock School District is requesting sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide an ADA ramp at Parkview High School. Interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-thru to be eligible to submit a bid. The complete invitation for bid documents is available online and bidders must register at the specified website to download bid forms and submit electronically. Hard copies of the project manual and drawings may also be purchased for a non-refundable fee at the specified print shop. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor for award. Contractors must be prepared to begin work upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete all work no later than the specified deadline, or be subject to liquidated damages.
