Cedar Bluff Road Bridge Construction. Deliver responses to AGFC on or before the submission deadline. Prospective contractors are responsible for submitting responses at the designated location on or before the submission deadline. Responses received after the submission deadline shall be considered late and shall be returned to the prospective contractor without further review. It is not necessary to return "no bids" to AGFC. Outer packaging must be sealed and properly marked with the bid number and description, date and time of bid opening, prospective contractor's name and return address. If outer packaging of proposal submission is not properly marked, the package may be opened for proposal identification purposes. Vendors may upload bids electronically through Beacon Bid. Electronic submission is optional and not required.
