Installation of approximately 16,000 feet of 16-inch water line along Beaver Road, Burnside Road, and Jersey Mill Road; 1,000 feet of 8-inch water line along Jersey Mill Road; and 300 feet of 18-inch water line under State Route 161. The water line will be installed by open cut and HDD methods. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR must pay wages at least equal to the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
