The scope of work includes installation of approximately 11,400 feet of 8" and 16" PVC waterline and 10,300 feet of 12" PVC sanitary sewer along Summit Road and Morse Road in Licking County, Ohio. The project involves waterline and sanitary sewer piping installation using horizontal directional drilling and jack and bore methods. Bidders are required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 100 percent of the bid price or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount. Each bid must include the full name of the submitting party or parties and all interested persons, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete list of all subcontractors to be used. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form. All iron and steel products used must be produced in the United States, and contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor to the extent practicable. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates is required. The offer must be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for 60 days after submission.
