Question Deadline 01/29/2026 All questions shall be submitted in writing to Adam Rothermel, PE (arothermel@structurepoint.com) and Jeremy Moore (jmoore@ci.pataskala.oh.us). No questions shall be answered or considered over the phone. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Installation of approximately 1,000 Itron Cellular 500W Modules at private residences throughout the City of Pataskala. Installation will include a combination of indoor and outdoor installations depending on the location of the customer's water meter. All bidders must purchase a bid packet to submit a qualified bid. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Wage Rates, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement of the payment bond and performance bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. No contract shall be entered into if the price of the bids for the project are in excess of twenty percent (20%) above the Engineer's estimate. The City of Pataskala reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The City of Pataskala may, at its discretion, award a contract to the lowest and best bidder.
