“The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. A Request for Proposals for CMaR is expected to be released in February 18, 2026.” Sealed proposals are requested for the Pavement Preservation Program. Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager's Office, City Hall Annex, 1017 College Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky, in a clearly marked sealed envelope, no later than 10:00 a.m. CT on the specified proposal opening date. The clearly marked envelope should contain the proposal number and description, with the RFP number also indicated on the shipping envelope. Proposals submitted after the designated date and time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to select the bid it determines to be in its best interest. Award will be made based on the best evaluated offer as per KRS 45A.365.
