In general, the project consists of demolition and remodeling 16,000 sf of existing offices, conference rooms, and library into new offices, conference rooms, huddle rooms, and a variety of program spaces. This includes finishing upgrades and related work to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the proposals without consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Owner may determine to be in its best interest.
