Ongoing security systems maintenance, repair, component replacement, and related services for multiple facilities in the Lower Rio Grande Valley. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance of existing security and detection systems, repair and replacement of system components as required, and full support for CCURE 9000 access control software, including software support services and licensing upkeep. Services are to be provided on an all-or-none basis in accordance with the established CLIN structure and must meet or exceed all specifications and scope requirements identified in the statement of work. Incidental deliverables associated with service performance are to be provided FOB destination. The contractor shall furnish the technical approach, qualified personnel, equipment support, scheduling, and past performance necessary to ensure continuous, reliable operation of the security systems at all covered locations. Location: Mercedes Field Office, 325 Golf Course Rd., Mercedes, TX 78570. Location: Anzalduas Dam, Anzalduas Dam Road, Mission, TX 78572.
