Site work for a civil project in Mercedes, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The City requests the submission of qualifications statements for a project involving the City's wastewater treatment and collection system facilities and water treatment and distribution facilities, to be funded by the Texas Water Development Board or other funding agencies as appropriate. Consulting services to be obtained include Financial Advisor, Engineering, Construction Management, and Bond Counsel. Do not include cost information with the qualification statement; responses including cost or pricing information will be rejected. Detailed instructions on preparation and evaluation criteria must be obtained from the City. The City will evaluate proposals to determine which firm has the best qualifications. The contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board and is subject to compliance with the Texas Water Development Board and Environmental Protection Agency's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.
