Description

Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Asheboro, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Design of new building and/or potential renovation of the existing two-story building of approximately 10,000 square feet which houses Planning & Zoning, Building Inspections and Environmental Health to address accessibility and layout issues. Answers to questions will be posted on the Randolph County website electronic. by 5:00 pm, Monday, January 5, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
