Randolph Community College is requesting proposals for a Main Campus Fire Alarm Panel Upgrade. Vendors are required to furnish and deliver any or all items upon which prices are bid, at the prices set opposite each item within the specified time. The proposal must be submitted competitively and without collusion. Vendors and their subcontractors must comply with requirements under Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the NC General Statutes, including employee work authorization through the federal E-Verify system. Proposals must be executed and signed before submission. Late proposals will not be accepted. Offers must be valid for at least 60 days from the proposal opening date unless otherwise stated. If accepted, the executed proposal and related documents will form the agreement between the parties. There are explicit prohibitions on gifts to state employees connected to contract processes.
