Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cambridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility.

This project will replace the existing Medium Intensity Runway Lights (MIRL) along Runway 4-22 and install Medium Intensity Taxiway Lights (MIRL) along the single connector taxiway to Runway 4-22 with all new FAA specification LED MIRLs and MITLs. The project scope includes replacing the existing rotating airport beacon and pole with a new FAA approved LED rotating airport beacon and pole; replacing the primary wind cone and two supplemental wind cones with a new FAA-approved windcones and; replacing the existing airfield lighting control system equipment and vault trans-closure with new airfield lighting control equipment to be housed inside a new electric vault building. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid guarantee in the form of a Bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount Bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract price will be required for the successful Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise. A Bidder who discovers discrepancies or omissions with the project bid documents shall immediately notify the Owner's Engineer of the matter. A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owner's Engineer a written request for interpretation no later than five (5) business days prior to bid opening.
