Site work for a water / sewer project in Cambridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the removal and replacement of water service lines that are constructed utilizing lead piping. The contractor is responsible for investigating the service line, installing a new service line, tapping the watermain and connecting the new service line, abandoning the existing tap, and rehooking to the customer's service line if it is not lead or galvanized piping. If lead or galvanized piping is found on the customer service line, the contractor is responsible for the replacement of the service line into the customer's home to their internal shutoff. Further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are detailed in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. MBE Goal: 3.1% WBE Goal: 2.3% Question Deadline 03/04/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
