Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cambridge, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are invited for PROJECT #26-01, GUE CR35/ TR3644 MR118 Edgeworth Ave 8th Street Rd and Wills Creek Valley Drive Rehabilitation. The work consists of all activities necessary to complete the project according to the specifications available at the City Engineer's office. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to bid. Bidders must complete and submit the following forms as part of the bid package: Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond, Experience Statement, Time of Completion, Addenda Acknowledgment, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Property Tax Affidavit, Homeland Security Form, Guernsey County 25% Requirement, and Proposal Forms. Failure to submit these will result in a non-responsive bid. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check for 10%. The contractor must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by Federal Davis-Bacon and Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. Only parties who obtain project documents from the City Engineer's office are eligible to bid. The owner requires project completion by September 11, 2026. The City of Cambridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for 30 days after the opening.
