The location offers high visibility, heavy foot traffic, and proximity to local attractions, making it advantageous for a restaurant development. The City of Daytona Beach is seeking a qualified and visionary partner to redevelop Historic Fire Station One into a signature dining establishment that celebrates the building's architectural character, honors its historical significance, and contributes to the vibrancy of the surrounding area.
