Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.

Renovation of the Academic Program area in Founder's Hall, the renovation of the Nursing Simulation Lab in New Main, and the Fine Arts Renovation in Saint John's Hall.
