The University of Montreal aims to select a service provider to provide comprehensive maintenance services for heating equipment (boilers) subject to the laws, codes and standards covered by this contract. The preventive maintenance programme described in this specification must also be carried out in order to ensure a longer life expectancy for the equipment, in addition to minimising unplanned service interruptions. The University is looking for a service provider who can supply skilled labour, adequate supervision, equipment, tools, instruments, materials and parts required to provide boiler maintenance services as described in this specification and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this call for tenders, and who can provide emergency call-out and repair services 7 days a week, at all times, within the maximum time frame specified in this specification.
