Site work for a mixed-use development in Delburne, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

To service future industrial development on the south side of Delburne, the following previously undeveloped road allowances are to have sanitary sewer and water deep utilities installed and roads built to a gravel surface: 21st Avenue, south of Princess (18th) Street. 17th Street, between 21st Avenue and 22nd Avenue. Concrete curbs and asphalt will not be included in this contract and are to be included in a future contract. Major work items for this contract will include the following (approximation): a) PVC DR18 Watermain Installation 430 m b) PVC SDR35 Sanitary Main Installation 415 m c) Roadway Construction 6320 m² Documents can be obtained from https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/
