Sealed responses are requested for Network Electronics projects in compliance with the invitation, instructions, general conditions, Universal Service Fund (USF) conditions, scope of work, timeline requirements, contract requirements, and product and service specifications. Bidders must submit a completed Intent to Bid form by the deadline. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, in a sealed opaque envelope, appropriately labeled, and include a complete electronic copy uploaded to the designated portal. No oral, telephonic, telegraphic, email or facsimile bids will be considered. A five percent bid bond of the total base bid price is required. Submissions must include a signed Bid Signature Page, a Bill of Materials, a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, an Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and a list of at least four references, with one being a school or school district. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids in whole or in part. Bidders must adhere to all bid requirements, conditions, and specifications, provide proper documentation, and fully explain any variances from the specifications. The selected contractor must comply with all applicable codes and regulations, pay all required taxes (excluding District-exempt taxes), ensure non-discrimination, and adhere to a no-smoking policy on school premises. All work areas must be kept clean, and upon completion, be left free of work-related waste.
