The District will accept sealed bid responses for products and/or services that comply with the Invitation to Bid, Universal Service Fund (USF) Conditions, General Conditions, and Products and Services Specifications. The intention is to define the minimum acceptable quality of products and/or services, which must be of known quality from nationally recognized manufacturers regularly supplying the school market. Bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope and uploaded electronically via the specified portal. The products and/or services must be eligible under the USAC Eligible Services List for the relevant funding year, and both eligible and ineligible items must be identified separately. Any variations from specifications must be fully explained and submitted with the bid. The District reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, modify specifications, or reject any and all bids. Documentation concerning the bidder’s ability and track record may be requested before award, including performance records, addresses, equipment lists, financial statements, and details on previously completed projects. Non-discrimination requirements apply to all bidders and subcontractors. Only sealed, written bids are accepted; no oral, telephonic, email, or facsimile bids will be considered. All work areas must be kept clean and left broom clean after work completion.
