Description

Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Thornton, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 675-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Install a kitchen sink and cabinets in the Thornton Station Meeting Hall at 12 Merrill Access Road, Thornton, NH. The kitchen area is approximately 675 square feet in a newly renovated space that is already plumbed for the sink and has all electrical work completed. The scope includes assisting with measuring, ordering, and installing upper and lower cabinets as well as the sink, following administrative plans and designs. Work should be completed within 45 days of the bid award. Proposals must be received in writing via US postal service, hand delivery, or electronic communication. Proposals should be addressed as specified and the subject line must read: "PROPOSAL FOR STATION KITCHEN." A scheduled property visit before bidding is encouraged. The Town reserves the right to reject any bids or portions thereof and to waive any informality in the bids in the best interests of the Town. The successful proposer must provide certificates of insurance within 15 days of the award, naming the Town, its officials, agents, volunteers, and employees as additional insured for the required coverage levels.
