General Building Construction with some Electric and Plumbing Project cost range is anticipated to be under $861,875. Question Deadline 01/13/2026 Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal and Reinstallation of the Balusters and Balustrade. 2. Removal and replacement of the terrace, terrace foundation, stairs and sidewalk. 3. Regrade terrace area. 4. Rework floor drains and piping. 5. Provide site lighting. 6. Provide stair railings. 7. Reinstall existing site gate.
