**As of February 5th, 2026, the project was awarded to Leveraged Services LLC, with an awarded amount of $43,757.50** The Sidewalk Improvements Project I-2026 involves construction of new sidewalks in the 1100 block and 1200 block of 10th Avenue North, and along the 1000 block of North 12th Street, per the project plans and specs. The project includes removal of the existing sidewalks and driveways where shown on plans, construction of new driveways, ADA curb ramps, earth excavation, construction of rock sub-base, along with other construction items as shown on plans. Question Deadline 01/09/2026 at 12:00 PM CT The City of Clinton will issue a sales tax exemption certificate to the Contractor for all material purchased for incorporation into the project. Tax exemption certificates are applicable only for the specific project for which the tax exemption certificate is issued. The Contractor also must file appropriate Chapter 573 claim/lien waivers before final payment will be released. The City of Clinton does hereby reserve the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
