Question Cut Off Date 2/6/2026 12:00:00 PM (CT) The Eagle Point Park Trail project is nearly a 3800 linear foot trail, that measures 6-foot-wide, totaling just shy of 2500 yd. The trailer itself is 4-inch PC on top of a 7-foot wide 6-inch modified base. The modified base tallies 2900 yd. In addition to the trail construction there will be over 700 yd. of topsoil to be stripped and stored on site just over 300 yd. of excavation and the chance for subgrade treatments like stabilization fabric and Geo grid. Because of its location in a park, we will need to restore the entire area which is almost 1/2 acre in total. To prevent erosion, we've included 2500 linear feet of straw wattle that will be installed and removed. The City Council will award the bid at their meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 There will be 60 working days on this project. The final completion date, which includes all seeding and punch-list items, shall be thirty (30) days after the verified substantial completion date.
