The scope of work is for the Town of Loxahatchee Groves IFB# 2025-02 Town FY25 A Road and Collector Canal Road Improvement Program, which includes road prep work, paving, striping, speed tables, and miscellaneous construction work services. The awarded contractor may receive notice to proceed for one or more segments of the associated work, each with its own completion timeline. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed bids either electronically through DemandStar or as paper submittals (one original and one PDF copy) to the Town Clerk's Office. Bids must be received by the specified deadline and in accordance with all submission requirements. All submittals will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held, and bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is received and stamped by the Clerk's personnel by the deadline. The Town reserves the right to withdraw or reject any or all submittals, waive technicalities, and re-advertise as deemed in the Town's best interest.
