Renovation of a military facility in Scotia, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and expertise necessary to replace the boiler and four circulator pumps in Building 25 at Stratton Air National Guard Base. Work must comply with the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work, including removal of the existing boiler system and installation of a new unit that meets all required performance standards. The contractor must also ensure proper integration with existing mechanical systems, complete all necessary connections, and perform testing to verify functionality. The project includes final cleanup of the premises and adherence to applicable construction wage rates and safety requirements. Performance shall commence within 14 calendar days after notice to proceed and be completed within 30 calendar days. IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS LESS THAN $25,000.
