City of Gainesville is seeking proposals from licensed contractor (hereinafter, referred to as proposer) to provide construction manager at risk services the redevelopment of the NE 8th Avenue at Waldo Rd site that currently houses the Martin Luther King Multi-Purpose Center, the Dwight Hunter Pool Complex and Citizens Field located north-west of the aforementioned intersection Failure to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will result in disqualification of your proposal Question Submission Deadline: January 14, 2026, 11:59pm QUESTION SUBMITTAL DUE DATE All questions MUST be submitted within OpenGov The services requested, herein, are for Construction Manager at Risk Services related to the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Facilities and potential future Commercial or Economic Development Facilities owned by the City of Gainesville.
