The Department of Fish and Game, Office of Fishing and Boating Access, invites sealed bids for Merrimack River Public Access Ramp Reconstruction in the Town of Chelmsford, MA. The project consists of the reconstruction of a boat ramp, adjacent rip rap armor stones, and miscellaneous work, all in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the Department of Fish and Game, Office of Fishing and Boating Access. Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Department in the bid package. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid, payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Fish and Game, and be in the form of a bid bond, certified, cashier's, or treasurer's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Proposals that do not have the Affidavit of non-collusion, etc., properly completed will be declared informal. This project shall comply with Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions, and the Contractor shall complete the BABA Submittal Certification for all products used. Bids are subject to all applicable state laws and regulations concerning Minority Business Enterprises, minimum wage rates, and other relevant chapters and sections as referenced in the solicitation. An award will not be made to any Contractor who is not able to complete the work no later than the specified completion date.
