The work includes the full modernization of one elevator at each building at the following locations: Town Offices, above agency address and the Senior Center, 75 Groton Rd., North Chelmsford, MA 01863, performed concurrently, including demolition, replacement of elevator equipment and controls, and associated mechanical and electrical work. Contract work is to start at issuance of NTP. Site Work at either building shall not begin prior to January 2027. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. General Bidders must be DCAMM-certified as Prime in General Building Construction and all bidders must include an updated DCAMM Prime/Filed Sub-bid Certificate and Update Statement with the bid.
