This project consists of the hot applied placement of up to 585,000 lbs. of Lake Havasu City supplied Craftco PolyFlex Type 3 Crack Seal material into cracks smaller than 1 1/2 inches in asphalt concrete pavement and up to 95,200 lbs. of Lake Havasu City supplied Maxwell Gap Patch 570 material into cracks greater than 1 1/2 inches in width in asphalt concrete pavement. Contractor application will be with straight applicator tipped wands, rubber squeegees or other City approved methods and limited to no more than 5 (five) Crack Seal machines. The paved areas include City owned roadways, parking lots and multi-use paths, within Lake Havasu City, AZ. Work is expected to begin early to mid-February 2026.
