Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes roto-milling the existing asphalt surface and placing an asphalt overlay along Acoma Boulevard from Highway 95 to Highway 95. The work also includes the construction of new concrete collars for manholes and valve cans, installation of eleven (11) ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps at various locations along the corridor, and replacement of survey monuments upon completion of construction. Removal and Reconstruction of asphalt paving for the limits of Lookout Lane and Pony Lane. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Lake Havasu City Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Lake Havasu City may reject any bid/proposal/letter of interest not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids/proposals/letters of interest if Lake Havasu City finds it is in the public interest to do so.
