Description

Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Willows, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade swimming pool.

The work consists of providing materials and construction for upgrading the pedestrian circulation to ADA compliance in Sycamore Park; renovation of the Community Pool Complex (including pool and restrooms); and the installation of a new roof structure over the existing pool restrooms, as well as providing additional lighting on the pool deck. The scope includes clearing, grubbing, and removal of existing asphalt paved walkways, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, park wayfinding signage, park furnishings, and amenities; constructing ADA compliant concrete walkways, public sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, and rest area concrete pads; renovating the existing pool complex (restrooms, pool, and pool decks); installation of park walking path lighting system; installation of park furnishings and site amenities; resurfacing of existing tennis courts and repurposing half of the court area into pickleball courts; and installation of the tennis/pickleball courts with sport court lighting system.
