The scope of work consists of delamination and spallrepairs along the concretedeck, concrete pier caps, columns, West and East abutments and bridge railings. This work includes repair cracks and spalls at the soffit ofthe bridge deck, repair cracks and spalls in bridge abutments and fill voids in embankment at the East abutment, repair cracks,spalls, and delamination at piers and columns, and upgrade the bridge railing to meet AASHTO requirements. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO no later than January 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., HST.
