Description

New construction of a fire / police facility in Durango, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

The Durango Fire Protection District is seeking proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor services to build a new fire station in Three Springs. Interested parties must submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposals, which must be obtained from the Durango Fire Protection District. The District will evaluate the proposals and select the one that represents the best value. The District reserves the right to act in its best interest, which may include terminating, modifying, or suspending the process, rejecting any or all submissions, modifying terms and conditions, or waiving informalities in submissions. Questions or comments regarding this RFP must be put in writing and received by DFPD no later than Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025, at noon.
