Qualifications and proposals are requested from individuals and/or firms for Borough Engineer and Surveying Services. The contract term will be for either one year or three years, at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners, commencing January 2, 2026. Proposals are to be evaluated based on experience and reputation in the relevant field, knowledge of the Borough of West Wildwood and its unique issues, availability for meetings, compensation proposal, and other factors that demonstrate being in the Borough's best interest. All proposals must be sealed, clearly marked, and include the name and address of the prospective contractor. Bidders must comply with New Jersey anti-discrimination laws, specific public law requirements regarding disclosure of ownership interests, and submission of a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. Contractors must adhere to contract compliance, affirmative action, and business entity disclosure of political contributions for public contracts. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive irregularities or informalities as permitted by law. Proposals will be reviewed and potentially awarded by resolution of the Borough Commissioners.
