Request for Qualifications & Proposal for professional consulting engineering services from engineering firms and engineers licensed to practice in New Jersey. Services required include general and environmental engineering, with proven expertise in all phases of wastewater treatment—experience with large, advanced treatment facilities preferred—as well as operation, design, permitting, collection/conveyance, construction/inspection, planning, sludge management and disposal, and any other engineering needs for the specified period. Proposals should be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled, and include three copies. Evaluation of proposals will be based on experience and reputation, knowledge of the authority and subject matter, availability for meetings, professional and support staff and office location, references, compensation proposal, and any other factors beneficial to the authority. Terms and conditions may be negotiated with the successful firm or firms to obtain the most advantageous outcome for the authority.
