Bradley Gardens Primary School - 148 Pine St, Bridgewater, NJ 08807 John F Kennedy Primary School - 255 Woodmere St, Raritan, NJ 08869 The new work generally consists of removal and replacement of the existing built up roofing at Bradley Gardens, and JFK Primary Schools, including but not limited to all insulation, flashing and misc. metals. Sealed bids will be received for Roof Replacements at Bradley Gardens and John F. Kennedy Primary Schools as a single prime contract for all of the work. Bids must be submitted in original and copy with the required identification on the envelope. Bid documents must be purchased through the designated architecture firm's website and only registered bidders will receive addenda or clarifications. Bidders must purchase the documents for a nonrefundable fee. All bids must be made using the provided proposal forms and accompanied by bid security as specified. Each bid must include a Certificate of Consent of Surety for a performance/payment bond. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 60 days after opening. The owner reserves the right to reject or waive any bids as deemed in the interest of the public. Bidders must adhere to employment and minimum wage laws, register as public works contractors with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, comply with anti-discrimination and affirmative action laws, and submit required disclosure forms. Bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury and possess a Business Registration Certificate. All bidders must be prequalified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury in specified categories and provide an affidavit. The project will be partially funded by the New Jersey Schools Development Authority and all contractors must comply with any grant agreement terms. Only those not on the state or federal debarred/suspended list may bid. Bidding must comply with New Jersey Public School Contracts Law.
