Cold Mix to be used for patching hard-surfaced roads. Cold Mix must meet Louisiana DOTD specifications. Bid price must include any applicable taxes and fees. Bidders must include in their proposal a separate statement setting forth any and all preferences to which they claim entitlement. If any preferences are listed, the name and location of the manufacturer must be stated, and vendors requesting preference per LA R.S. 39:1604 must meet all statutory requirements.
