Renovation of an office development in Lansing, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade office development.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Removing existing clay tile steep slope roofing system and replacing with a standing seam metal roofing system inclusive of approximately 2,300 gross square feet. Work to be performed at the Visitor Center of the East Unit at Lansing Correctional Facility's East Campus and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. Removing existing clay tile steep slope roofing system and replacing with a standing seam metal roofing system inclusive of approximately 5,000 gross square feet. Work to be performed at the Administration Building of the East Unit at Lansing Correctional Facility's East Campus and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
