Question Deadline 08/01/2025 Questions received less than 3 days prior to the date for opening of BIDS will not be answered. 2025 Water Main Replacements - Install 12" PVC Water Mains This work includes the following: Lan-Del Water District has approved the construction of approximately 344 L.F. of new 12" PVC water main in W. Kansas Avenue, Main Street to Centre Drive and 2,433 L.F. of new 12" PVC water main in 4-H Road, Wyndham Hill Subdivision to 147th Street. The purpose is to replace 12" ductile iron water mains in deteriorated condition. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids.
