Furnish and install Expanded Polystyrene insulation board between raised flutes of metal panel roof system. Mechanically attach 1" ISO Insulation cover board over EPS flute filler to provide a smooth rigid roof surface. Mechanically attach single ply TPO roofing membrane per manufacturer's recommendations. To Include a roof system manufacturer's 20 year no dollar limit, labor and material warranty. Install wood blocking as required at the eaves and rakes. Terminate at rake perimeter with 24ga prepainted metal gravels top with continuous 22 ga galvanized cleat. Terminate at the gutter edge with 24 ga prepalnted metal drip edge. Flash all walls, pipes, curbs, and other penetrations per roof manufacturer's specifications. Clean up and remove project related debris. Section 2: Remove and dispose of existing EPDM membrane and underlying insulation. Furnish and install Expanded Polystyrene insulation board between raised flutes of metal panel roof system. Mechanically attach 1" ISO Insulation cover board over EPS flute filler to provide a smooth rigid roof surface. Mechanically attach single ply TPO roofing membrane per manufacturer's recommendations.
