The project is for the Effingham Technology Center EV Charger Project. Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Lake Land College District Number 517. Successful bidders are responsible for complying with all aspects of existing Prevailing Wage Policies. Bidders must comply with the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act (30 ILCS 575). Instructions to bidders include: Bids must be received by the specified deadline. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately after the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bidding documents and requirements can be obtained at the office of the Vice President for Business Services. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject all bids or parts of bids. No bid security will be required for this project. SCOPE A. The work to be done under this section includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the proper execution and completion of the Effingham Technology Center EV Charger in accordance with the drawings and as herein specified. 1. Provide/install ChargeTronix 60kw DC fast EV charger (model TP5- 60-480) 2. Provide/install 100 amp 480 volt 3 pole breaker in existing panelboard HAS 3. Provide/install 100 amp feeder from panelboard HAS to existing exterior handhole, routing through existing underground raceway to handhole Raceway is assumed to be viable path for new feeder. 4. Provide removal/disposal of existing EV charger 5. Provide removal/disposal of existing charger feeder 6. Provide/install new concrete pad from new charger 7.
