Site work and new construction of a golf course in Nephi, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.

The Project Will Be a design Build Including Greens, Tees, Fairways, Rough, Bunkers and Cart Paths for the Back Nine Located at Canyon Hills Golf Course in Nephi, Utah. Bids received after the time established for receiving bids will not be considered. Except as provided in the Instructions to Bidders, no bidder may withdraw his bid after the time established for receiving bids or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
