If a Bidder finds discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Contract Documents, or if he is in doubt as to their meaning, he shall at once notify the Engineer in writing. Such notification must be made at least seven (7) consecutive calendar days prior to the bid date. The work involved will include the following Schedule I - Rehabilitate Runway 17-35 Schedule II - Construct Parking Lot The major items involved in the proposed work are: unclassified excavation, full depth asphalt removal, subgrade preparation, crushed aggregate base course, asphalt surface course, temporary and permanent pavement markings, raise/lower edge lights/lightning arrestors/pull boxes, remove and replace cleanout, granular borrow, untreated base course, HMA 1/2" PG 64-34, storm drain pipe, and drainage box.
