Renovation of a medical facility in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the alteration to Mount Hope Building located at Mount Hope Hospital, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia for a stipulated price contract, in accordance with the contract documents. Replace existing branch breaker panels with new panel boards (same ampacity, updated KAIC ratings); replace obsolete MCCs with new MCCs and refurbished starters; install splitter troughs/junction boxes; patch and paint walls; coordinate outages with Gantt schedule; comply with Canadian Electrical Code and lockout/tagout procedures.
