Wexford County Road Commission is accepting bids for Winter De-icing Liquids delivered to the M-115 and Boon Road locations. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Winter De-icing Liquids.” Emailed, faxed, or telephoned bids will not be accepted. Companies preferring to bid alternate pre-wetting materials should refer to the “Alternate Winter De-icing Bid.” The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of the same, to waive irregularities and/or informalities, and to make the award in part or entirety in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Wexford County Road Commission. Contractors or suppliers that do not honor their bid throughout the season may, at the commission's discretion, be precluded from future bid lettings. Minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
