Holly Area Schools will receive firm prime contractor bids for the Interior & Playground Updates projects located at Holly Elementary, Patterson Elementary, and Rose Pioneer Elementary. Bidding documents include plans and specifications by GMB Architecture + Engineering. Proposals must identify the company and the project being bid as "Holly Area Schools Holly High School Ticket Booth" and contain the words "Sealed Bid, Do Not Open." Proposals should be addressed to the attention of the Superintendent. Bids may be delivered to specified addresses or submitted online. Each proposal must use forms provided by the Construction Manager and be completed in full. Required documents include a Familial Disclosure Statement and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, both completed and notarized. A bid bond or cashier's check for at least 5% of the proposal sum is required for proposals over $31,321.00. Proposals must remain firm for sixty days. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must provide a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of their bid, with the bond cost included in the proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the Owner's best interest.
