Holly Area School District will receive firm prime contractor bids for the Holly High School Ticket Booth project located at 6161 E. Holly Rd, Holly, Michigan 48442. GENERAL SCOPE: 1. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the complete installation of the landscaping as indicated in the drawings and specifications. 2. Provide private utility location services to locate all underground utilities prior to excavation. 3. Contractor to furnish topsoil as required to provide establishment of lawn surfaces. Provide spreading and fine grading of topsoil materials. 4. Provide all seed lawns as indicated on the drawings. 5. Provide all plantings, plant beds, and mulch as indicated in the drawings. Include cutting in any plant beds that require planting soil. 6. Provide synthetic turf per detail to include geotextile fabric, underdrain, nailer boards, sand and stone bases and top stone. 7. Provide all fertilizing, aerating, mowing, weeding, and maintenance in accordance with the specifications. 8. Provide maintenance of existing roads, walks, parking areas and construction areas during the work of this bid category; including sweeping, dust control etc. Include de rutting during the work of this trade 9. Subcontractor is responsible for clean-up and removal and legal disposal of all debris, excess material, spoils and topsoil as generated by this work. A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury Listed Surety Company acceptable to AUCH Construction or a cashier's check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Holly Area Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $31,321.00. Question Deadline 02/13/2026 Should a bidder find discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from the Contract Documents, or should it be in doubt as to their true meaning, it shall notify the Architect or C.M. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
