Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Holly, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond made payable to Holly Area Schools in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid with each proposal in excess of $30,512.00. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Bid Bond shall be provided by a company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
