The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select an A/E to assist the Owner in the performance of its obligations and enforcement of its rights during the design and/or construction of the MANK-27-McElroy E Hall Upgrades project located at Minnesota State University, Mankato. This project is being undertaken by Residential Life to make upgrades within all resident rooms and add laundry facilities on each floor in the McElroy E Hall Residence wing. This wing contains 103 student rooms, with slight variations to configurations. Approximate size of an average resident room is 169 sq.ft. The project will be constructed in 1 phase. The Owner intends to use the Design/Bid/Build delivery method for this project. Minnesota State will hold a MANDATORY In-Person informational meeting on December 18, 2025, at 10:00 am, at McElroy Residence Lobby, 420 Ellis Avenue, Mankato, MN. 56001.
